Our IDSystem

Will I really receive my pet’s ashes?

We provide 100% certainty in our operational process to prevent any mix-ups. To ensure this is fully and comprehensibly documented, we have introduced an IDsystem in our crematoriums.

How the IDSystem works:

If your pet comes to us for individual cremation, a distinctive IDchip will be attached when your pet is accepted.

The IDchip is made of metal and is engraved with a number that is assigned to your cremation order.

The IDchip stays with your pet throughout the cremation process and the numbers on the chip and the order are checked repeatedly.

At the end of the process, the IDchip and your pet’s ashes are placed in the vessel of your choice. This means that identification is guaranteed from start to finish.
